Directions for Adding the FRNYC Calendar to your Outlook

1. Open the Outlook App, on your desktop or laptop
2. Click the ‘Calendar’ icon, located on the bar on the left side of the window
3. Click ‘Add calendar’. This button lives above the list of calendars and under the mini calendar, on the left of the screen.
4. Under ‘Add Calendar’, click ‘Subscribe’

5. Copy the full text in blue highlight. Please refrain from removing the spaces or altering the text in other ways. Paste it into the URL prompt shown on the screen.

6. Name the calendar SY26-27 FRNYC + CRMYA PL Calendar
7. Choose ‘My Calendars’ from the dropdown menu, entitled ‘Add to’
8. Click import and you are all set! You should see the SY26-27 FRNYC + CRMYA PL Calendar in your list of calendars under ‘My Calendar’. Remember to click the circle next to the calendar’s name. This ensures you can see the calendar.
