Along with this Playbook, schools will receive:

• Resources to conduct outreach to students and families
• Frequently Asked Questions Zendesk Help Center
• Office hours (on Zoom) for which all schools will receive a standing calendar invite
• Training and support to successfully complete all Key Implementation Measures (KIMs) for the school year
• A dedicated Implementation Specialist to support your implementation of FRNYC
• A WBL intermediary partner to help place 11th or 12th grade students in paid WBL experiences
• All curriculum required for implementing FRNYC pathway-specific coursework
• Professional development learning convenings taking place five times per SY
• All required materials for documentation and planning (e.g., Budget Plan, School Data Workbook and Implementation Plan)
